Our projects have long been recognized at the local, regional, and international level of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Technology Awards Program for achieving excellence in the following areas: Energy Efficiency, Indoor Air Quality, Innovation, Operation & Maintenance, Cost Effectiveness, and Environmental Impact -- cornerstones of sustainable design. 

We are a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, with staff members that have attained the level of LEED Accredited Professional.  Both design services and documentation services for LEED certification can be provided.

We're proud to have been the commissioning agent for the New Detroit School of Arts which is Detroit's first LEED certified building!
