Peter Basso Associates provided mechanical / electrical / plumbing engineering design services and construction administration services to Gaylan’s for 30 stores located throughout the U.S. Throughout the course of these projects, Basso worked with six different architectural teams, multiple construction managers and general contractors, and different subcontractors for virtually each project. New Tierra Place Mixed-Use Building
Peter Basso Associates is providing sustainable design engineering services for Tierra Place, an eight-story “green” building that will feature retail and commercial space on the first through third floors and condominiums on the sixth through eighth floors. Scheduled for completion by spring 2009, the owner will be pursuing LEED® Platinum rating, the highest rating given out by the USGBC.
