The best part of Peter Basso Associates is definitely the people!  We have some of the best engineers and professionals in the industry. Working under them has been a great learning experience. The atmosphere in our office is always upbeat. Everyone has a “can do” attitude. From softball and golf leagues to company picnics and holiday parties, Basso is an extended family.

I really like the comfortable work environment at Basso.  During my time as a co-op in college, I built a strong working relationship with my team of coworkers, and I wanted to continue to be part of the team. Anyone I’ve ever worked on projects with is always more than happy to help me learn and continue to improve on my skills as an engineer. When asking questions and receiving help is easy and encouraged, it’s a very nice work environment to be involved in.
